Production Engineering Manager

This role involves ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe, high-quality, timely, cost-effective, productive, and compliant manner.
You will lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of development and improvement projects, as well as the introduction of new products. This includes managing budgets and capital expenditures for Rotor and Generator projects.
In addition, you will implement risk analysis (FMEA) and cost-benefit analysis for every new development and process optimization. You will also support non-conformance report processing with the Quality Team and Production.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying key customer/business priorities to employees and promoting an open reporting culture. They will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
