Als Senior Legal Counsel Medizinalhaftpflicht / Körperschadenspezialist wirst du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Lösung komplexer rechtlicher Herausforderungen.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Regulierung von Medizinischen Haftpflichtfällen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Netzwerken wie Medical Support, Case Management, Underwriting und Litigation
- Intensiver Austausch mit Ärzten und Kunden, Patienten, Anwälten und anderen Versicherungsgesellschaften
- Zuverlässige Berechnung von Schäden und Festlegung von Strategien
- Umsichtige Führung von Verhandlungen mit Geschädigten, Rechtsvertretern und Sozialversicherern
- Juristischer Hochschulabschluss (CH), idealerweise mit Anwaltspatent und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Schadenregulierung im Bereich Körperschaden
- Zusatzausbildung im Haftpflicht- und Versicherungsrecht (CAS)
- Starke Kommunikationsstärke mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick, hohe Kunden-orientierung sowie ausgezeichnetes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hervorragende analytische, organisatorische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
