Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Project Operations expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de Continuous Improvement & PMO chez Randstad (Schweiz) AG.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience technique et process dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux et souhaite rejoindre une entreprise internationale.

Voici les responsabilités du poste :

  • Diagnostic et amélioration continue : Diagnostiquer les lignes de production, identifier les pertes et établir des business case pour améliorer les performances.
  • Mise en place de la culture lean : Implémenter une démarche lean sur les lignes de production attribuées, en mettant en place des processus de gestion de projet et des outils de qualité.
  • Gestion de projet : Exécuter les projets selon les standards du PMO et les bonnes pratiques, en définit les objectifs, les délais et les budgets.
  • Communication et leadership : Identifier les étapes, les risques et les difficultés, communiquer efficacement avec les équipes et les gestionnaires, et assurer la maîtrise des équipements de production et processus de fabrication.
  • Responsabilité et autonomie : Être responsable des livrables, en tant que leader ou membre de projet, et assurer la gestion de projets, participer à des projets de développement, transfert et/ou amélioration de procédés.

Les compétences requises sont :

  • Expérience technique et process : Expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux et des processus de fabrication.
  • Connaissance des outils lean manufacturing : Connaissance des outils lean manufacturing et de la culture lean.
  • Connaissance des normes Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement : Connaissance des normes Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement relatives à son domaine technique.
  • Compétences organisationnelles : Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, méthodique, rigoureux, bonne organisation, résistance au stress, vue d'ensemble, sens du détail, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Compétences relationnelles : Contact aisé, capacité à travailler en équipe, esprit client, gestion d'équipes, leader et rassembleur, aptitude à motiver les intervenant du projet, aptitude à suivre et évaluer les délivrables d'équipiers internes et externes.
