Executive Assistant to CEO and ExCo Members

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and ExCo members. This is a unique opportunity to join ARYZTA Careers and work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the schedules and correspondence of the CEO and ExCo members
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events
- Prepare agendas for ExCo meetings and take minutes
- Create presentations and reports as needed
- Research and analyze information to support decision-making
- Arrange business trips and prepare travel expense reports
- Completed commercial training or studies
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent in English, German, and ideally French
- A trustworthy, service-oriented, and discreet personality
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year
