Key Responsibilities- Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuits: Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for UWB transceivers in CMOS technology.
- Analog Circuit Design: Be responsible for designing analog circuits for integrated circuits in modern CMOS technologies.
- Independent Design and Simulation: Handle independent design and simulation of circuit blocks, such as VGA, common-mode feedback loops, buffers, and biasing.
- Circuit Architecture Development: Be responsible for developing circuit architectures for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Circuit Verification: Be responsible for verifying circuits at the module and system levels.
- Documentation and Review: Work on the documentation and review of circuits and verification results.
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering: Preferably with specialization in Microelectronics.
- Experience in Analog Circuit Design: At least 2 years of experience in designing analog circuits, with a focus on RF circuits for wireless communication and knowledge of ADPLLs.
- Experience with PMUs, VGAs, and Wide Bandgap Technologies: Experience with PMUs, VGAs, and Wide Bandgap technologies would be a plus.
- Familiarity with Deep Submicron CMOS Technologies: Familiarity with Deep Submicron CMOS Technologies.
- Proficiency in EDA Tools: Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Cadence.

- Precise and Clear Documenting Methodology: Precise and clear documenting methodology with excellent written expression.
