Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Automation Architect to join our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will have experience in test frameworks, software development, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Select, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to architecture discussions to enhance testability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and framework utilization.
- Provide coaching to development teams, promoting best practices in test automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Experience in test frameworks (Cucumber, Litmus).
- Experience in a similar position.
- Experience in coaching.
- Experience in Java.
- Very good knowledge in test automation.
- Very good knowledge in software development.
- Very good knowledge in Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge in CI/CD tools.
- Good knowledge in Tosca, qTest.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
