Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Rocken®. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Implement changes and updates to systems and software
  • Manage and prioritize incidents and requests within our Service Management Tool (JSM)
  • Improve the quality of service desk requests and problem management to enhance service quality
  • Manage and support cloud-based ERP and CRM systems for our partner
  • Document system administration procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT
  • Higher education in a technical field
  • Excellent knowledge of standard IT equipment in an office environment
  • Very good knowledge of service desk and ticket management
  • Technical knowledge of Mac OS, Office 365, Google Workspace, iOS, and basic network knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or Salesforce
