About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of digital products for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of digital products from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design digital products that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital products.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and meetings, using methods like Design Thinking to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze information, identifying business needs and opportunities for digital product development.
  • Design and document digital products with their functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they meet technology and business standards.
  • Facilitate requirement reviews and provide input to the requirement review process, ensuring requirements are accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
  • Include your expertise in collaborative testing and validation processes to ensure digital products meet defined requirements.
  • Improve requirements documentation throughout the development process, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to other team members as required, sharing best practices in product teams and solution architecture guilds.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with business sense and mental agility, focused on high-quality outcomes.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product design/UX, business analysis, project management, agile software delivery, requirements engineering, or a related field.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
  • Solid understanding of the software development process (SDLC) including Agile delivery frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus, as well as any other languages.
