We are seeking a Psychiatry Nurse to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You will systematically identify the needs and resources of patients at the beginning of care interventions and develop care objectives and actions based on a comprehensive therapeutic project.
• You will conduct individual interviews, network interviews in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• You will co-facilitate therapeutic groups.
• You will maintain written documentation of care interventions from start to finish.
• You will be responsible for managing acute and complex clinical situations.

Your Profile

• You hold a diploma in nursing (HES) or have a recognized foreign diploma by the Swiss Red Cross.
• You have experience and/or interest in the field of psychiatry.
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a team.
• You are willing to work with varied schedules, including night shifts and weekends. This is a mandatory condition.
• You are proficient in French (B2 minimum) and basic computer skills.
• You demonstrate critical thinking and synthesis skills.
