About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Direct to Consumer Analyst to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland. As a key member of our Direct to Consumer team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and accurate solutions in all DTC areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure SAP systems in collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and partner requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of DTC processes and troubleshoot problems.
  • Monitor DTC processes for timely data transmission and maintain documentation for all initiative/project changes applied to the DTC area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Knowledge in DTC processes and familiarity with supply chain concepts.
  • Knowledge of SAP FMS/S4Hana, SAP CAR.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
