The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented data scientist to join our team in developing new endpoints based on digital health technology (DHT). This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that have the potential to transform the way we diagnose and treat neurological diseases and how DHTs impact drug development.
Key Responsibilities
- Learnd about state-of-the-art algorithms for passive activity/gait analysis.
- Develop and implement novel data analysis methods for quality checks and activity/gait analysis using wearable inertial measurement unit (IMU) technology.
- Apply AI/ML methodologies, such as deep learning, to analyze high-frequency raw data from wearable sensors.
- Develop prediction models for disease evolution.
- Compare results to clinical data collected in Roche and external studies.
- Presents findings to our internal community.
