As a Principal within the MEP team, you will take on a variety of roles within business development, client relationship building, project leadership, and team development. You will work closely with account sales and other go-to-market teams to engage with senior client stakeholders, identify their needs, and develop custom solutions across the real-world evidence and medical affairs space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by consulting with clients to fully understand their needs and taking the lead role in proposal development.
- Build client intimacy with senior leaders at key accounts to drive real-world evidence opportunities and identify opportunities for the broader IQVIA business.
- Act as the MEP expert for key accounts, collaborating closely across real-world and commercial teams to ensure a coordinated, proactive go-to-market approach.
- Lead teams of RWS professionals in the design, development, and delivery of complex real-world products, taking ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Mentor and coach junior employees to support continuous professional development, both on-projects and as part of formal coaching programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in real-world evidence, medical affairs, HEOR, or market access.
- Significant part of previous experience gained in consulting or professional services.
- Strong interest in developing and delivering innovative solutions across the evidence lifecycle.
- Proven success in selling complex studies and/or strategic engagements to HQ or Global level.
- Commercial awareness, including experience in balancing scope management and client relationship to ensure commercial objectives are met.
