Senior SAP Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Transformation Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to utilize their knowledge and skills in leading SAP service transitions, ensuring seamless operations and maximum value extraction from SAP solutions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing SAP service changes, infrastructure upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. With a strong focus on maximizing the value of SAP Services, particularly for finance (FICO) and HR (SuccessFactors), this role requires a deep understanding of S/4HANA transformation projects and experience in managing SAP cloud solutions within a SIAM framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and compliance efforts to ensure SAP services meet the company's needs and SAP's maintenance strategy, optimizing costs.
- Contribute to S/4HANA transition, focusing on maximizing the value of SAP Services, especially for finance (FICO) and HR (SuccessFactors).
- Ensure project designs and resource estimates align with SAP standards and the organization's goals.
- Oversee SAP service changes, infrastructure upgrades, and collaborate on seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve SAP-related incidents.
- Analyze supplier roadmaps and end-of-life cycles, providing recommendations for action.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Experience in managing SAP cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) & SAP services within a SIAM framework.
- Understanding of FICO or HCM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English - French is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
