We are currently searching for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer for our Geneva office.

Main Duties
  • Develop cost-effective and efficient manufacturing solutions.
  • Create practical designs from innovative ideas.
  • Evaluate and improve concepts and drawings produced by others.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on robust design.
  • Support existing products within a collaborative team environment.
  • Understand and manage complex products requiring advanced technical knowledge.
  • Participate in hands-on experimental work and testing.
Required Qualifications
  • Master / PhD of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnics or Mechatronics / similar.
  • Tolerance management, Robust Design, Design-to-Cost, Finite Element Analysis (Solidworks, Comsol, Ansys).
  • Development of complex systems involving different technologies (in particular electrical, mechanical, magnetic).
  • Implementation of robust design into industrial products.
  • Lead innovation and problem-solving efforts.
  • Expertise in machining capabilities and materials (plastics / thermoset).
  • Geometrical Product Specifications (ISO Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Tolerance Management (with application in SolidWorks).
  • Functional Analysis, FMEA.
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering and power electronics.
