We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to strengthen our purchasing capabilities and ensure the long-term availability of resources to meet our sales objectives.

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the selection, negotiation, and choice of suppliers to create advantages for the company in line with our Group strategy and purchasing policy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and tracking of tenders, enquiries, and bid analyses
  • Negotiation support for conditions with key suppliers
  • Further development of purchasing processes and interfaces
  • Ongoing review of supplier data, including SAP-Key figures update
  • Monitoring of contract fulfillment
  • Evaluation of suppliers
  • Determination and realization of purchasing potentials
  • Ongoing search and selection of high-performance suppliers
  • Rolling analyses of suppliers and planning of cost optimization

This is an 18-month mission that requires a Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in Purchasing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and solid language skills in German (B2) and English (B2 minimum).
