Job Description

As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will be responsible for collecting information and data through various methods, analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns, issues or causal relationships, formulating actionable insights and recommending actions or solutions. You will also define solutions, process enhancements and system requirements, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitate the decision-making process, independently manage a functional stream within a larger project, and independently manage a small to mid-sized project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree: CFA, CAIA, FRM, PMP, SAFe Certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Wealth Management/ Capital Markets/ Consulting.
  • Solid know-how across different asset classes and financial products.
  • Understanding of business models, value propositions in Wealth Management / Capital Markets.
  • Solid understanding of data and analytical capabilities.
  • Disciplined program / project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced data analysis & modelling is a plus.
  • Experience in traditional/ waterfall delivery techniques, Agile delivery methods and or a mix of both.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at various levels in business and IT organizations.
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbally and written.
