We are seeking a highly skilled Apprentice Forwarding Merchant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in the successful dispatch and storage of goods.

• Disposition and organisation of goods dispatch as well as storage: Coordinating the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery and optimal space utilisation.
• Price calculation and preparation of offers: Providing accurate pricing and quote creation for clients, ensuring competitive rates and transparent communication.
• Advising and supporting our customers at home and abroad: Building strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support to meet their specific needs.
• Processing quality reports in the area of shipping & transport: Analyzing and resolving any issues or concerns related to shipment quality, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Preparation of shipping documents (national and international): Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation for all shipments, meeting regulatory requirements.
• Our trainers will accompany you from the beginning of your apprenticeship and prepare you step by step for your field of work after you have completed your apprenticeship: We invest in your growth and development, providing comprehensive training and mentorship.
• The apprenticeship takes 3 years with the possibility to shorten the duration of the apprenticeship: Our flexible program allows you to complete your training efficiently, while still gaining valuable experience.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss or comparable school leaving certificate): Meeting minimum educational requirements, demonstrating academic achievement.
  • Good grades in German and English: Strong language proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analytical thinking and careful work: Applying logical reasoning and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a team, punctuality, flexibility, and good communication skills: Collaborating effectively, adapting to changing situations, and maintaining open communication.
  • Enjoy planning and supervising tasks: Demonstrating self-motivation, taking ownership of responsibilities, and leading others when necessary.
  Estimated Salary:

  We offer an attractive salary ranging from €35,000 to €50,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
