Digital Knowledge Catalyst for Sustainable Development

Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems and databases, including the Gateway page in UNDP/MPTFO internal SharePoint.
- Create knowledge products, such as guides, briefs, and presentations, related to Gateway processes and workflows.
- Support the organization and facilitation of knowledge-sharing events and interactive workshops.
- Engage stakeholders through learning platforms like the Gateway website, SharePoint Gateway page, and LinkedIn to promote knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Cultivate insights and encourage contributions to the knowledge base by coordinating with teams.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving communication and information sharing related to the Gateway platform.
- Bachelor's or Master's program enrollment; final year of Bachelor's program, or within one year after graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program.
- Majors in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced university degree is an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for professional engagement.
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
