Global Brand Strategist for Smart Buildings

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Strategist to lead our brand efforts in the smart buildings space. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our brand strategy, performance, and competitive evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine our brand strategy in smart buildings, including brand architecture and identity creation
  • Conduct competitive benchmarks and analysis for our global brand performance in the smart buildings space, driving recommendations for improvement
  • Provide governance and support for the global activation of our smart buildings brand strategy, tracking progress and recommending solutions to close gaps
  • Engage in thought leadership and positioning programs that build brand equity and strength in smart buildings
  • Advance programs and activities to increase global engagement in the smart buildings category, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Extensive experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on brand strategy in a global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to seek out opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
  • Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work 3 days from the office in Neuhausen

What We Offer:

The successful candidate will receive a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
