We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer to join our global design team in Elsau, Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on the design of new and existing products for exhaust aftertreatment systems. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating complete engineering designs that are translated into CAD models and creating related documentation in our PDM/ERP system.

• Support customer projects by applying your design skills and working closely with sales and project management teams.
• Develop and modify 3D models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our subsidiaries to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Create and maintain technical release and modification documents (PDM).
• Participate in research and development (R&D) and cost optimization projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Improve producibility of existing or new designs through supplier visits and implementation of best practices.
• Provide support and training within our global engineering team.

• SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED EDUCATION AS A CAD DESIGNER, preferably within 0-5 years of completing your apprenticeship.
• Experience in design and product development environments.
• In-depth knowledge of sheet metal/steel/welding fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in design standards/guidelines as well as CAD tools, specifically Autodesk Inventor.
• Independent and self-motivated working style.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, commitment, and sense of responsibility.
• International thinking and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
