Usability Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Usability Specialist to join our team at Gi Group SA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify user profiles, tasks, hazard-related use scenarios, usability risks, and requirements.
• Translate UX research insights, user needs, business requirements, and technical requirements into pleasant and efficient User Experiences.
• Plan and execute formative usability studies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Cooperate with the UX and Human Factors team to identify synergies and improve our processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or other related technical field.
• > 2 yrs of relevant experience in usability testing, formative evaluations, and collecting and analyzing physiological and behavioral data.
• Experience with tools or platforms to automate usability testing and managing testing participant databases is advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
