Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Ant-Tech. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Swiss market.
Key Responsibilities- Search for new business opportunities using relevant means and qualify inbound demand generated by the Marketing Team.
- Deeply understand the needs of potential clients in Switzerland and obtain qualified appointments.
- Present our solutions and convince of our added value.
- Quote commercial offers, negotiate, and close deals.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and identify new needs among our clients.
- Suggest new sales techniques and optimize our lead qualification strategy and processes.
- Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and marketing automation tool Outreach.
- Bachelor or Master degree in sales or related field.
- 1-3 years prior experience in a B2B sales role in the Swiss market, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model company.
- Knowledge of the HR domain is greatly appreciated, but we will teach you.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can recover quickly from setbacks.
- You like to work in an international team and in a good mood.
- You are totally fluent in Swiss German or German and have a very good command of English or French.
