About the Role

At AIGLON COLLEGE SA, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a robust risk management and compliance system to support the development of our school.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Risk Management: Assist the Director of Compliance in elaborating, maintaining, and improving our risk management system.
  2. Risk Register Maintenance: Work with risk owners across the school to develop, maintain, and regularly review the risk register, as well as support the implementation of mitigation measures.
  3. Reporting: Produce a risk dashboard and analytical reports for various audiences.
  4. Audit and Training: Organise and/or perform internal audits and training.
Compliance Responsibilities
  1. Data Protection: Assist the School's data protection officer with data protection processes, particularly with the maintenance of the register of processing activities.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Assist the Director of Compliance with developing and maintaining a register of regulations applicable to the school.
  3. Policies and Guidelines: Assist the Director of Compliance with developing and reviewing school policies, regulations, and other internal guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Security Committee Support: Support the work of the School's Security, Health & Safety Committee, and ensure appropriate coordination with risk management processes.
  2. Task Assignments: Undertake any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned from time to time by the Director of Compliance.
  3. Safeguarding: Comply with the school's policies and procedures, particularly those relating to safeguarding children and young people.
  4. Ethos: Uphold the ethos of the school at all times, in line with the school's Guiding Principles.
About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
