Beschreibung der Position

Als Head of Application Management bist du der zentrale Treiber für Innovationen und setzt wichtige Impulse, um unsere Prozesse effizienter und zukunftssicher zu gestalten. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere strategischen Applikationen und deren gesamten Lifecycle.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Strategische BFG-Tools bereitstellen, installieren, warten und pflegen
  • Den 2nd Level Support in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Application Ownern der Fachbereiche sicherstellen
  • Die Verantwortung für das Application Portfolio Management übernehmen und dafür sorgen, dass unsere Applikationen optimal verwaltet werden
  • In einer beratenden Funktion bei der Evaluation und Auswahl neuer strategischer Tools mitwirken
  • Mit externen Partnern zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Projekte effizient und professionell umgesetzt werden
Voraussetzungen
  • Offene und transparente Persönlichkeit
  • Starkes technisches Verständnis diverser Applikationen idealerweise ServiceNow
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten
  • Erfahrung in der Budget Planung
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrungen kleiner Teams
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Idealerweise (akademischer) IT-Background bspw. Wirtschaftsinformatik
