Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to join our team at TN Switzerland. As a member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and testing of software applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining project management plans
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications
  3. Identifying and mitigating project risks
  4. Coordinating and managing resources
  5. Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or in software development
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (Engineering, Applied Sciences, Master's degree, or equivalent)
  • Native proficiency in German or French (C2) with strong skills in the other language (C1); proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, precise, and independent working approach
