Site Head Visp Biologics Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Visp Biologics organization to achieve business objectives, ensuring a safe, high-quality, and compliant work environment.
- Engage with stakeholders to align the organization with Lonza's strategy and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agility, customer focus, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure alignment and successful partnership execution.
- Act as a member of the Cross Visp Site Leadership Team, driving the development and implementation of the Visp Site Master Plan and Business Continuity plan.
- Coach and develop the Leadership Team, ensuring alignment and growth as a team and individuals.
- Engage and communicate with the Visp Biologics organization, inspiring individuals to achieve results.
- Act as a change agent and LEAN/Six Sigma ambassador.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing for biologics DS and/or DP at industrial scale.
- Previous experience as Site Head, ideally leading a Site of over 500 FTE's, multi-site experience desirable.
- International experience in multiple locations and with different functions (Operations and Quality/Engineering/Technical Development), ideally having led a complex Site.
- Experience driving large CAPEX Investment Projects.
- Demonstrable experience in a complex Stakeholder matrix environment.
- Demonstrable experience of simultaneously driving change and performance.
