The Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber project represents a revolutionary approach to motorsport, bringing together cutting-edge technology and innovative thinking to drive success on the track.

As a **Systems Simulation Engineer**, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing simulation models that support the design and development of our Power Unit and chassis.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing simulation models to support the mechanical and hydraulic systems design of the Power Unit integration, steering, braking, fuel & cooling layouts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and refine simulations, ensuring seamless integration between design, vehicle performance and simulator groups.
  • Analyzing test data to identify areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new toolsets and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supporting R&D testing and sub-assembly systems evaluation, providing expert guidance and recommendations to inform design decisions.

**The Ideal Candidate**

  • Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems simulation, preferably within an F1 or high-performance environment, utilizing advanced simulation tools and programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems, with expertise in CAD design and car control systems integration.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
