We're the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work processes to achieve production goals.
  • Coordinating production workflows for composite components.
  • Planning and optimizing order and purchase orders chronologically.
  • Make-or-buy decision making based on capacity planning.
  • Close collaboration with internal process partners.
  • Delivery of projects according to plan.

Requirements

  • A relevant basic apprenticeship.
  • Knowledge of production processes in composite manufacturing.
  • Understanding of technical drawings.
  • Bilingualism in English and German.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High level of self-motivation and independence.
  • Precision, reliability, and flexibility.
