Job Title: Senior AEM Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development: Develop and maintain our AEM platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and security.
  • Feature Implementation: Collaborate with our development team to design and implement new features, enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Platform Optimization: Optimize the platform for performance and scalability, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM trends, best practices, and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience developing in Adobe AEM, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with AEM version 6.4 or higher, Adobe AEM as a Cloud, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
