Sales Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at Open Systems AG. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic optimization of processes and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Executives and FP&A team on budgeting/resourcing, territory definition & management, and budgeting/forecasting of topline bookings, ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), and other KPIs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and optimize key metrics related to pipeline, retention, ARR, and other KPIs.
- Commission Plan Design: Work together with CFO & Sales Controlling Team to design and set quotas.
- Process Optimization: Optimize revenue-generating systems, processes, and tools across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams in alignment with Business Applications and other Finance Teams.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in projects related to process improvements, technology implementations, data integrity, or system integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role – preferably in the Tech industry.
- Experience with SaaS industry standards, metrics such as ARR/NRR/GRR, and IFRS Revenue Recognition rules.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Experience with Pipeline Management, Sales Cycles, Demand Generation ROI, Conversion Rates for MQL/SQL/SQO, and Cost-per-Lead.
- Experience with Product Pricing/CPQ/Lead-to-Cash processes and optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proven experience managing projects and implementing revenue optimization initiatives.
