Global Brand Manager Immunology Position

Abbott's Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) is seeking a Global Brand Manager Immunology to join its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil-Basel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business and marketing plan to drive the growth of Abbott's Immunology & Biosimilar brands in key indications.
  • Lead the initiation of critical market insights and research to uncover unmet needs and enhance customer experience.
  • Define and drive global brand positioning to ensure competitive differentiation and compelling messaging for Immunology and Biosimilar products.
  • Design, plan, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing programs for Immunology and Biosimilar products.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive global launch plan for new Immunology and Biosimilar products.
  • Foster strong communication and alignment with local marketing and sales teams.
  • Strategically manage the promotional support budget to maximize ROI and achieve both top-line and bottom-line objectives for the Immunology and Biosimilar portfolio.
  • Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track the execution and impact of marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • University degree (ideally Science and/or Business) with a preference for it to be complemented by an MBA or post graduate marketing qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/immunology sales and marketing experience at an affiliate or regional level, ideally with exposure to global project initiatives.
  • Proven success in Immunology, Osteoporosis & Biosimilar brand management.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin is a plus.
