Sales Coordinator for Fragrance Export

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at LUZI AG, specializing in fragrance export. This role will involve supporting the regional sales team in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
As a key member of our global sales organization, you will provide administrative and organizational support, ensuring a smooth ordering process, including invoicing and preparation of necessary shipping documents. You will also assist with handling customer inquiries related to sample requests and documentation, as well as preparing quotes and order confirmations.

Requirements- Commercial or equivalent education; experience in logistics or export is an advantage
- Excellent coordination skills and easy adjustment to different mentalities
- Solution-oriented work style combined with strong customer and service orientation
- Dedicated, reliable, and precise approach to work
- Flexible and service-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English and German; additional languages (esp. Russian for our Central Asian markets) are advantageous
- A competitive salary of CHF 50,000 - 65,000 per year, depending on experience
