Regional Manager: Würth Shop

As a Bezirksleiter:in at Würth AG, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of multiple Würth Shops in the Ostschweiz region. Your primary focus will be on sales performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring that your shops operate efficiently and successfully.

• Analyze shop performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales results
• Lead, motivate, and coach shop teams through regular performance and employee discussions
• Ensure optimal personnel and deployment planning across all shops in the district
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and processes to meet company guidelines
• Foster collaboration and communication between shops and internal departments
• Guarantee efficient shop management, including inventory management, product maintenance, and facility management
• Actively promote and embody company values within your teams

• Completed training as a Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ in the ironware sector or similar
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in retail, preferably in the hardware or similar industry, with proven sales responsibility and team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and team skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple locations
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in personnel and deployment planning, to ensure efficient and needs-based personnel deployment within the district
• Fluent in German, French language skills are an asset
• Willingness to travel and a valid Category B driving license
