We're seeking an experienced Municipal Building Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet local building codes and regulations.

About the Job:
  • Conduct site visits to inspect buildings during construction.
  • Examine plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and report any code violations.
  • Develop and implement code-compliant solutions.

You'll need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. A strong understanding of local building codes and regulations is also essential.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • State of WI Commercial Building Inspector certification.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures and technology.
