Clinical Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Supply Chain Director to join our team at CSL Behring.
This is a senior leadership role within the CSL Enterprise Supply Chain, responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of all services within the scope outlined below, including continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and deliver an efficient, cost-effective clinical trial supply chain for CSL's clinical programs.
- Plan and forecast drug product, placebo, and ancillaries volume requirements throughout clinical programs.
- Oversight of supply-related processes at study sites, including product receipt, handling, storage, dispensing, drug accountability/labelling, return, and destruction in compliance with GCP.
- Ensure on-time supply delivery to clinical sites and quality and integrity of supply in compliance with requirements and company SOPs.
- Maintain CSL's IRT system to support clinical supply management activities for all studies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendors for clinical supply to ensure performance relative to KPIs.
- Closely collaborate with Clinical R&D and other departments to optimize systems and processes supporting clinical trial supply chain.
- Responsible for fulfilling CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus, and CSL Vifor's obligations as sponsor of clinical studies in relation to IMP, ensuring ICH GCP compliant supply and handling.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, logistics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of pharmaceutical or clinical experience related to clinical or operational supply.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical drug supply in the pharmaceutical industry with global responsibility.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in GCP/GMP principles and relevant international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent English skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
