Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the insurance industry? As a Motor Vehicle Loss Assessor with Zurich 56 Company Ltd, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of motor claims.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Motor Vehicle Loss Assessor, you'll work closely with our Motor Claims team to accurately assess vehicles and authorise repairs. You'll utilise your technical expertise to ensure that our customers receive the best possible outcome, while aligning with our audit procedures and repair management processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Motor Vehicle Loss Assessor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately assessing vehicles and authorising repairs
- Utilising your technical expertise to ensure that our customers receive the best possible outcome
- Aligning with our audit procedures and repair management processes
- Liaising with a range of internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant trade qualifications in panel beating or spray painting
- Certificate 4 in Vehicle Loss Assessing
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Motor Assessor
- Extensive knowledge of repair shop operations
- Understanding of current Code of conduct regulations
- Competency using the Estimage digital assessing application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
