About the Role
In this key position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch installation consulting services to our international customer base. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Olympic Banking Systems at customer sites worldwide.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with our customers, built on trust and professionalism.
- Analyze customer needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with our development teams to implement new system functionalities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A higher education diploma or HES with a focus on IT and/or finance.
- Proven experience in IT and banking, preferably with a background in system implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Python, Jasper, Linux, Tomcat, Websphere, MQ, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) and any other language a plus.
