Cybersecurity Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at Ypsomed. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our medical devices and connected systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architectures and designs for our medical devices and connected systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software developers, and risk managers, to specify and develop secure connected solutions.
• Participate in cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Evaluate and interpret cybersecurity-related standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain concept and design documents, and create and maintain traceability.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in security architectures, technologies, and best practices. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; a Master's degree or PhD is a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on medical device security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security architectures, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with knowledge of medical technology.
• Strong English skills, with knowledge of German a plus.
