Job Description

In this newly created position, you will be thoroughly introduced to the company and learn about the Product Managers you will be supervising, as well as your colleagues in other departments. At the same time, you will establish contacts with OEM partners, governments, and NGOs responsible for restoring entire regions in crisis areas. Your focus will be on the product life cycle of all offered products and services. From the innovation process to the industrialization of individual product groups, you will structure and optimize the company's procedures. Your central task will be to ensure profitability. You appreciate a work environment with short decision-making paths that promotes the development of market-oriented solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the entire process landscape in Product Management
  • Introduction of new processes and standards for continuous improvement
  • Close cooperation with the management team and the management team to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Project leadership in the Product Management area
  • Leadership, establishment, and further development of the PM team
  • Sustainable maintenance and expansion of contacts with OEMs and governments
  • Technology scouting in international markets
Your Profile
  • Higher technical education with further education in marketing, product management, or business management
  • Proven leadership experience in line and in projects for marketing, innovation management, or product management
  • Conceptual and operational skills that fit a privately managed SME
  • Communicative personality with solid German and English skills
