Your Role

Your Commitment will include:

  • Designing user-friendly interfaces based on conceptually developed wireframes.
  • Ensuring an intuitive and consistent user interface design to provide a seamless digital customer experience.
  • Developing and continuously maintaining design systems.
  • Clarifying customer needs, organizing user tests, and conducting analysis and optimization based on received feedback.
  • Creating clickable prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborating with agile teams consisting of Product Owners, Product Managers, IT developers, and testers to develop customer-centric digital products and related services.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires:

  • A university degree and further education in Interaction Design or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in designing user interfaces for apps and web, and in applying agile product development methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like Design Thinking and User-Centered Design.
  • You are an integrity-driven, dedicated, and collaborative individual.
  • Proficient in German with excellent written and spoken English skills.
