Job Overview

Ecorobotix SA is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead large-scale product development projects from concept to production launch. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with the CTO and product managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Product Development Planning: Specify, plan, and implement product development projects from concept qualification, industrialization, and production launch.
  3. Resource Allocation and Budget Management: Define required resources for tasks and manage budgets effectively.
  4. Scheduling and Timelines: Create schedules and project timelines, track deliverables, and implement changes as necessary.
  5. Risk Management and Opportunities: Identify project risks and opportunities, and collaborate with external entities as needed.
  6. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with various teams while reporting directly to the CTO.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. A Master's degree in micro engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
  2. At least five years of proven experience as a project manager in a product development environment for large machine design containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics, electro-mechanical, and electrical components.
  3. Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects.
  4. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  5. Comfortable with Agile / SCRUM methods.
  6. Fluent in technical English (oral and written).
