About the Role

- Develop and manage production schedules in SAP, ensuring seamless project execution and coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate the release of production orders and facilitate effective communication among teams.
- Utilize SAP to plan and schedule production, forecast progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive process enhancements through idea generation and implementation, focusing on collaboration with colleagues and leverage of digital tools.
- Provide guidance on manufacturing execution and support the resolution of logistical issues.
- Collaborate with the Production Planning and Logistics Team Lead to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

- Essential experience with SAP PP/IM as a production and material planner, with benefits from MES knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in German and conversational English is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in lean leadership and process improvement, with a proven ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Minimum several years of experience in production environments.
