Manufacturing Preparation Specialist

As a Prozessbetreuer Arbeitsvorbereitung at RWM Schweiz AG, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between various departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and product development.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary contact point among manufacturing, quality control, and development teams.
- Create and uphold comprehensive technical documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Identify, define, and enhance production workflows and protocols.
- Assist in the development and launch of new products.
- Offer technical support and expertise to production teams.
- Engage in risk assessments and feasibility studies.
- Plan and validate new machinery and tools.
- Establish technical justifications for capital investments.
- Lead initiatives related to investment projects.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to manufacturing discrepancies.
- Educational background in a technical field.
- In-depth understanding of production methodologies.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Familiarity with plastic injection molding processes.
- Competent in SAP software.
- Possess an analytical and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and independence.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- A standard 40-hour work week, with an additional hour for bridging days.
- Annual leave ranging from 5 to 6 weeks, depending on age.
- Full salary continuation for up to 730 days in case of illness.
