Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at SR Technics Holding.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in physical and/or chemical laboratory environments, technical understanding of materials and processes, and the ability to work autonomously and within teams on complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine analysis and investigations, including quality control of products, processes, and parts.
  • Develop and implement tailored methods for analysis/investigations.
  • Provide required lab reports for development and operations.
  • Control the shelf-life of laboratory consumables or the calibration status of laboratory equipment before use.
  • Administer the KANBAN storage and replenish stock items as required.
  • Initiate and manage inbound/outbound sample shipments related to Process Engineering & Laboratory providers or supplies.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in physical and/or chemical laboratory environments.
  • Sound technical understanding of materials and processes involved.
  • Proactive, positive, and flexible character with strong execution mentality.
  • Scientific/Technical degree MSc or BSc in relevant field (chemistry, material science, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English (Level C1).
