Project Coordinator

As a Senior Project Manager Engineering, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Global Engineering department. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our team and make significant contributions to our company's growth and success.

• Develop and implement project plans, taking into account relevant technical standards, GMP specifications, and HSE guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate project processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality, regulatory, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to drive project success.
• Maintain effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

• University degree as an engineer specializing in process or chemical engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience as an independent process discipline lead within major projects.
• Solid expertise in planning and technology of chemical-pharmaceutical API production plants.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, including clean utilities, clean rooms, and containment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage uncertainty while maintaining effective decision-making.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, with project language in English.
