Senior Construction Manager

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead the construction of a cutting-edge pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on pharmaceutical projects.
Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP standards, FDA regulations, and other relevant industry guidelines.
- Team Management: Coordinate and supervise a team of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Safety Protocols: Implement and maintain rigorous safety standards and protocols to protect employees and the public.
- Communication: Foster effective relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
- Proven Track Record of managing complex projects, including experience with GMP standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong Leadership Skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
