About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Process Automation Trainer to join our team at Georg Fischer Rohrleitungssysteme AG. As a key member of our Global Academy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training content on process automation topics, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our international network of trainers to share best practices and ensure consistency in training delivery.
  • Support the revision and development of training materials to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless training delivery.
  • Travel occasionally to different global locations to deliver training and support our customers.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A successfully completed vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and a desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and cultures to achieve common goals.
