As a MRO Quality Inspector - RTS, you will play a critical role in verifying and assuring the accuracy of engine piece parts and modules, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are correctly documented in SAP. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in achieving efficient and safe operating programs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Verification of CFM56 & PW4000 piece parts and modules for assembly
- Certification of piece parts
- Quality inspection of engine parts and quantity check
- Quality inspection of shop order completeness and modifications for engine piece parts and modules
- Accuracy of technical onlog / completeness in SAP structure
- Update of measurement sheets
- Verification of executed modifications to individual parts and components
- Completion of assigned tasks according to relevant guidelines
- Timely completion of tasks as well as assurance of quality of completed work
- Implementation of Lean and Six Sigma concepts (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to drive continuous improvement
- Apprenticeship as technician or equivalent is required
- Certifying Staff desired; minimum expected will to become certified staff
- Importance of self-discipline, self-responsibility, good communication abilities, and readiness for teamwork
- Significant professional experience in operational activities related to delivering a specific service required, with at least 3 years of experience in quality-driven industry, desirably in the MRO industry
- Quality and safety-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a 2-shift system
- Able to work finely, exactly, and independently
- B1 level of English and B2 level of German is required
