Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to fill a temporary Time and Payroll Specialist position. This role will involve supporting the company's HR operations during a maternity leave period.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in time management and payroll processing within Switzerland. They should also possess a strong working knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing at the Bern location.
  • Process employee data changes within SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
  • Manage time reporting and collaborate with insurance providers.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of HR master data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed education in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Significant experience in time management and payroll processing.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills in German.
