Lead Oncology and Cardiovascular Publications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Oncology and Cardiovascular Publications Manager to join our team at TN Switzerland. As a key member of our Global Medical and Evidence Team, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic publication plans and executing tactical publication plans for our anti-cancer and oncology pipeline.
In this role, you will review and interpret product data from various departments to determine appropriate publications for inclusion in our tactical publication plans. You will also manage, review, and edit congress abstracts, oral and poster presentations, primary and secondary manuscripts, and slide presentation development from vendors and external investigators.
You will represent the publications team on cross-functional teams, presenting strategic and tactical publications initiatives for our products. Additionally, you will ensure that all vendors comply with our operational guidelines regarding master service agreements, accounting practices, physician communications, and documentation of service agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced degree of PhD, MD, PharmD or MS in a scientific/medical discipline, at least 5 years of Scientific Publications experience, disease and therapeutic knowledge in oncology and cardiovascular, and proven ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of strategic publication plans and execute tactical publication plans for the anti-cancer and oncology pipeline
- Review and interpret product data from preclinical, clinical development, real-world evidence, statistics and health economics departments
- Manage, review, and edit congress abstracts, oral and poster presentations, primary and secondary manuscripts, and slide presentation development from vendors and external investigators

- Ensure compliance with our operational guidelines regarding master service agreements, accounting practices, physician communications, and documentation of service agreements
